Always take some water shoes or sandals. When photographing waterfalls, you know you'll need them. Somehow, I never remember to take them.

Yesterday, I took my son for a photo trip to the Lewis River. We captured both Lower Lewis and Middle Lewis Falls, but ran out of time (and it started to rain pretty hard) before we could make it to Upper Lewis Falls. Some other time, I suppose.
