Monochrome Mondays
This winter has been pretty brutal in Yellowstone. More so than normal, with a lot more snow and some extreme cold in recent weeks (it was -40F today... which happens to be -40C as well). The amount of snow in particular is making it more difficult for grazers to find food. This elk kicks away snow to get to some grub early this morning.
